helpcoach.ai provides AI-generated software tool recommendations based on project information you provide. IMPORTANT: All recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for general guidance and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional technical, financial, legal, or business advice. You should independently verify any recommendation with a qualified professional before making purchasing, architectural, or budgetary decisions. helpcoach.ai does not guarantee that any recommended tool will meet your specific requirements, perform as expected, or remain available at any particular price or on any particular terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The $29 "Full Build Plan" is a one-time, non-refundable purchase unless the purchase fails to deliver a report due to a technical error on our part. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card details. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@helpcoach.ai and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The helpcoach.ai platform, design, and branding are owned by helpcoach.ai. Your project description inputs remain your own. The recommendations generated for you are provided for your personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.
All product names, logos, and brands displayed on helpcoach.ai are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Their display does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those companies. helpcoach.ai is an independent service and is not affiliated with any of the tools it recommends.
helpcoach.ai may in the future include referral or affiliate links to some of the tools it recommends. Where this is the case, it will be clearly disclosed at the point of recommendation. Referral compensation does not influence the ranking of tools — recommendations are determined solely by fit for your project profile.
Where a tool has paid for placement or visibility within the Service, it will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" in the recommendation output. Sponsored placements are separate from, and do not affect, the organic recommendation ranking.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. NO AI OUTPUT SHOULD BE RELIED UPON AS DEFINITIVE GUIDANCE WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HELPCOACH.AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree not to: • Misrepresent your project or inputs to manipulate recommendation outputs. • Resell, redistribute, or commercialise recommendations without our written consent. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our recommendation engine or tool catalog. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which helpcoach.ai is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
