helpcoach.ai is an AI-powered tool recommendation service. We help founders, builders, and operators find the right software tools for their projects. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to helpcoach.ai.
We collect the following types of information: • **Project descriptions** you enter into our recommendation form — used solely to generate your tool recommendation. • **Contact information** (name, email, project brief) if you submit the "Get it built" lead form — used to respond to your enquiry. • **Usage data** — pages visited, time on site, and interaction events. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use third-party tracking cookies. • **Payment information** — if you purchase the $29 build plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
We use the information we collect to: • Generate AI-powered tool recommendations tailored to your project. • Respond to lead form enquiries. • Improve the accuracy and quality of our recommendations. • Send your paid report via email (if applicable). We do not use your project descriptions to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Project descriptions entered via the free recommendation flow are stored in your browser session only and are not retained on our servers beyond the session. Lead form submissions are retained for up to 12 months to allow us to respond to your enquiry. You may request deletion at any time.
We use the following third-party services: • **Stripe** — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy. • **Supabase** — for data storage (lead submissions). Data is stored in EU/US regions. • **Resend** — for transactional email delivery. • **Vercel** — for hosting. Vercel may log IP addresses and request data per their privacy policy. We are not affiliated with any of the AI tools or platforms we recommend. Displaying a tool's logo or name does not imply a commercial relationship.
We use minimal, privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or share browsing data with ad networks. A cookie consent banner will appear if/when third-party cookies are introduced.
